Basic information about a seller's market-based rate authorization, including the docket number in which it was first granted market-based rate authority and the associated tariff effective date.

A seller's category status designation in each of the six market-based rate regions. Category 1 and Category 2 sellers are defined in 18 C.F.R. § 35.36.

Basic information related to any mitigation on a seller's market-based rate authority, including the balancing authority area or market where its market-based rate authority is mitigated, a narrative description of the mitigation, and the effective date of the tariff in which the mitigation was implemented. Sellers whose market-based rate authority is not mitigated in any balancing authority area or market are not required to make a submission to this table.
